Registering an event
Every year, Eindhoven offers a wide variety of events for both residents and visitors. The Event Desk is managed by Eindhoven247.Are you an event organizer? We’re happy to provide information and advice — for example, about permits, subsidies, and other practical matters. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about organizing an event in Eindhoven.
Each year, you can register your event in a public space for inclusion in the Event Reservation Calendar for the following year. Registration is open from mid-July through September 30. This process helps ensure an even spread of events throughout the year and across the city. It also allows us to identify potential issues early on — for example, related to crowding, popular locations, parking, or (road) construction.
If you’ve registered your event on time for the Event Reservation Calendar, you will be notified in January 2026 whether or not your event has been allocated a spot. After that, you can apply for an event permit from the Municipality of Eindhoven.
Event reservation calendar 2026
The registration deadline for events in the 2026 Event Reservation Calendar has passed (October 1, 2025). However, there is still availability for smaller events at certain locations. In consultation with the municipality and its partners, we can explore whether there is still space for your event. Once you register for the 2026 Event Reservation Calendar, we will contact you regarding this.
Please note: registering an event for the calendar is not the same as applying for a permit. Also, being included in the Event Reservation Calendar does not guarantee that a permit will be granted.
Location profiles
Since the end of September 2025, the Municipality of Eindhoven has updated the location profiles. Some locations now also have new profiles. These profiles include information such as the maximum number of events allowed at a location, expected visitor numbers, and permitted noise levels.
The event reservation calendar is not used for promotional purposes.
